My family turned to Kevin when my gran passed away unexpectedly; he treated us all with compassion & empathy & made the process of planning the funeral very gentle.

Kevin was just at the end of the phone if we needed him & nothing was ever too much trouble for him. He took my gran into his care & treated her like he would his own family which was a great comfort & went out of his way to make sure that we were all OK after the funeral. The aftercare was second to none & so appreciated by everyone.

I would just like to thank Kevin and his staff for being highly professional during our sudden loss. Nothing was any trouble, even in the early hours of the morning when we needed him!
